Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Customer Care Executive
, located in
Ahmedabad
. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include delivering exemplary customer service, managing complaints, assisting clients with products and services, providing support in sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & required skills

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interactions
  • Sales skills, including upselling and consulting clients on product and service offerings
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and related technologies is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
