Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities, cold calling is part of the process.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions prepared by digital marketing experts.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the agency's services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to align strategies, offerings, and client expectations.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the agency's presence and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Or equivalent 4-5 years of work experience)
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the digital marketing, advertising, or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
