Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities, cold calling is part of the process.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions prepared by digital marketing experts.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the agency's services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to align strategies, offerings, and client expectations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the agency's presence and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Or equivalent 4-5 years of work experience)
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the digital marketing, advertising, or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
