Compensation:

  • Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month
  • Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree
  • Interest in B2B sales and industrial supply chains
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new manufacturers/MSMEs
  • Lead generation via cold calls, social media, and referrals
  • Prepare and present pitches, maintain CRM records
  • Participate in events, networking, and achieve targets
