Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, including PF, ESIC, TDS, salary calculations, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns (IT Returns) for the company.
- Maintain office administration by managing inventory levels, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
- Provide support in recruitment activities such as onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to employee benefits or compensation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS regulations in India.
- Proficiency in Office Administration tasks like inventory management and vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
