Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Admin cum Accounts Executive with over 10 years of expertise in managing office administration, accounts operations, and organizational support functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, accurate financial record-keeping, and efficient coordination across departments. This role requires a proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient workflow.

· Manage administrative staff, allocate tasks, and provide performance guidance.

· Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and operational standards.

· Handle correspondence, official communication, and documentation.

· Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and office events.

· Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and support HR functions, including recruitment support, on boarding, and employee records management.

· Manage office assets, facilities, maintenance, and procurement of supplies.

Accounting & Finance Responsibilities

· Supervise daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial data management.

· To look after site expenses at NCR Region. Prepare and submit site accounts to HO

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

· Manage payroll processing, statutory filings, and employee reimbursements.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 10 years of work experience in combined administrative and accounting roles.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Office (Excel, Word).

· Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Additional Skills

· Experience in team supervision and office management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
