Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking HR & Administration Lead who thrives in a fast-paced

SaaS environment and embraces the power of AI to drive smarter people operations. This is a

high-impact role where you'll not only manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions but

also play a pivotal part in aligning people performance with revenue growth through systems,

automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. People Operations & Performance Management

● Set up and continuously refine Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and OKRs across

departments.

● Design and execute systems to track KRAs against defined metrics, including

contribution to revenue and team efficiency.

● Introduce AI-assisted performance evaluation tools to streamline reviews and feedback.

● Build frameworks for regular team feedback, check-ins, and engagement analysis.

2. Talent Acquisition & Candidate Pipeline Management

● Create and manage an active talent pipeline aligned with future hiring needs.

● Conduct strategic headhunting for critical roles using a combination of traditional and

AI-driven sourcing methods.

● Build a strong employer brand presence on hiring platforms, social media, and industry

events.

● Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, from JD drafting to onboarding.

3. HR Tech & Process Automation

● Identify opportunities for automation across HR functions—onboarding, leave

management, performance tracking, payroll coordination, etc.

● Implement and manage HRIS platforms and automation tools that optimize

administrative workflows.

● Leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment screening, candidate outreach, and internal

communication.

4. Administration & Compliance

● Oversee general office administration including asset management, access controls, and

vendor coordination.

● Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

● Ensure smooth coordination for internal events, travel, and team logistics.

5. Strategic Alignment & Reporting

● Align HR goals with business and revenue objectives, using data insights to inform

decision-making.

● Generate periodic reports on workforce productivity, attrition, and hiring effectiveness.

● Collaborate with leadership to build a people-first culture with performance at the core.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● 5+ years of progressive HR and administrative experience, preferably in a SaaS or

tech-first company.

● Strong understanding of OKRs, performance frameworks, and revenue-linked employee

evaluation.

● Hands-on experience with HR tech tools (HRIS, ATS, performance tracking systems).

● Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment, automation, and analytics (ChatGPT, Chatbots,

Recruitee, Lattice, etc.).

● Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

● Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and build scalable processes.
