HR Intern

Position Summary: The HR Intern will assist the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and learn about HR practices in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Help organize and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-up surveys.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Help with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing new policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
