HR Intern

Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
HR Operations:
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll documentation and leave management processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting (attendance, recruitment status, etc.).
Job Types: Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
