About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. In this role, you will support the HR team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end hiring processes for various technical and non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets and recruitment dashboards.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and onboarding requirements.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on job boards.
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (HR, Management, or related field preferred).
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
