Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive/ Manager at L'experienZa Experiences located in Noida. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, presentations, customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

The Client Servicing Executive will also be responsible for effective communication through handling calls, reaching out to the clients thru whatsapp, email marketing and calls, ensuring customer satisfaction through quick, timely & relevant reply, coordinating timely execution of bookings and add on services with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi
  • Should be efficient in MS Excel
  • Should have good knowledge of AI tools
  • Client Services and Client Relations skills
  • Presentations and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Social media
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
