Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing questions, providing updates, and managing complaints.
  • Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate with sales, service, and stockyard teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation, delivery, and service appointments.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule service appointments and coordinate delivery slots, keeping customers informed of timelines and delays.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and service history.
  • Feedback & Satisfaction: Collect and log customer feedback to gauge satisfaction, and work to resolve issues and ensure positive experiences.
  • Documentation: Assist with the accurate completion and preparation of all necessary paperwork, such as vehicle registration and insurance.
  • Promotional Activities: Support CRM campaigns, send service reminders, and participate in promotional outreach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
