Client Relationship Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Provide after-sales support to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
- Develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer retention rates.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in after-sales support or related field (e.g., customer management).
- A strong understanding of the Kannada language is required.
- Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of excellent customer retention rates.
