Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in B2B sales and account management. The Client Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience and drive growth.
Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-inquiry to final execution.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interaction history.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to ensure timely delivery of services
- Handle client queries, feedback, and grievances with professionalism and promptness.
- Track client engagement metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and assist in the conversion of prospects
- Assist in the planning and execution of client meetings and walkthroughs.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualification and Experience –
- 6 months-1 year of experience in CRM or client servicing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
