Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to manage and enhance relationships with students, channel partners, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, supporting enrolment goals, and contributing to revenue growth for our online international degree programs. This role involves both direct client engagement and collaboration with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience while consistently meeting assigned enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, institutional clients, and channel partners.
Provide detailed information and guidance on online international degree programs, addressing client inquiries effectively.
Manage the end-to-end client journey from initial contact to enrolment, ensuring a seamless and personalized process.
Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, presentations, and follow-ups to achieve individual monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to resolve client issues and ensure service excellence.
Maintain accurate client information, communication history, and lead status in the CRM system.
Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies to improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction rates.
Prepare and share regular reports on client interactions, enrolment performance, and conversion metrics.
Support channel partners by providing updates on product offerings, training, and sales enablement materials.
Represent the organization in education fairs, webinars, and other outreach initiatives to promote enrolments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or student counselling, preferably in the EdTech or international education sector.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enrolment or sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
A proactive, empathetic, and goal-oriented approach to client interactions.
