Role Description

The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual in this role will foster and maintain relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and address client concerns promptly. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering suitable solutions, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and regular updates to clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with project coordination and account management
  • Organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • A customer-centric approach and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies related to customer relationship management is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
