
Executive Assistant to CEO

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and strategic reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
