Guest Relation Executive

1 Guest Service Interaction Greet guests immediately upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately using the Property Management System PMS Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly professionally and effectively escalating to a supervisor when necessary Provide information to guests about hotel facilities services room features and local attractions Answer phone calls respond to emails and manage guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette 2 Reservations Administration Handle room reservations via phone email and in-person walk-ins Manage room assignments pre-registrations and special requests e g extra bed baby crib Maintain and update guest records and profiles in the PMS system Process guest payments handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer Understand and apply different room rates and packages 3 Operational Duties Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby area Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to update room status clean dirty out-of-order and ensure readiness for arriving guests Manage guest luggage and coordinate with bell staff Handle safe deposit boxes for guests Prepare and distribute daily reports e g occupancy arrival departure lists 4 Safety Security Ensure guest privacy and security by adhering to strict key control policies Follow all established safety security and emergency procedures Verify guest identification and ensure only registered guests access rooms 5 Teamwork Communication Act as a central communication hub relaying important information between departments e g guest requests to housekeeping maintenance issues to engineering Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure a superior guest experience Assist in training new front office staff members Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7557668866
