1 Project Execution Supervision Supervise day-to-day civil site activities as per approved drawings Coordinate with contractors sub-contractors suppliers and labor teams Ensure timely completion of assigned work with quality standards Verify setting out levels and measurements at site Monitor usage and quality of materials at site Implement site safety practices as per company policy 2 Project Coordination Attend site meetings with project management clients architects and vendors Maintain regular coordination with design team Arc Space for design clarifications Update daily weekly and monthly progress reports Coordinate inspection schedules with clients and consultants 3 Quality Assurance Control Ensure proper workmanship and adherence to technical specifications Conduct quality checks during critical stages foundation RCC masonry plastering finishing etc Identify and report any site deviations or non-conformance immediately 4 Material Resource Management Verify delivery quality and storage of construction materials Maintain daily site material consumption log Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements Monitor labor attendance and productivity 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain complete site documentation including drawings work permits checklists inspection reports etc Submit daily work reports to Project Manager Prepare measurement books and assist in contractor billing verification 6 Client Interaction Representation Represent company professionally during client or consultant visits Address client queries and escalate important issues to Project Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Manjeri Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Application Question s Own two wheeler Driving licence Education Diploma Required Experience Project coordination 2 years Required Shift availability Day Shift Required Night Shift Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
