We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong command of civil engineering drawings construction documentation and a proven ability to effectively communicate with clients and workers This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical precision with strong interpersonal skills to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects Key Responsibilities Interpret and prepare engineering drawings blueprints and technical documents in compliance with industry standards Collaborate with client and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility Meet and interact with clients contractors and consultants to understand project requirements provide updates and address concerns Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is aligned with drawings and specifications Support project planning budgeting and scheduling efforts with technical input Resolve design and technical issues during project execution Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and environmental guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and or similar drafting software Strong understanding of civil and structural design principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Experience in site execution and coordination is a plus Preferred Skills Knowledge of project management tools e g MS Project Primavera Previous experience working in a consultancy or design-build environment Fluency in languages like Malayalam Hindi in addition to English for effective communication with clients Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowance Opportunities for professional development and training Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Experience project 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
