Job Overview:
As a Junior Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our organization. This includes handling customer queries, processing transactions such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and gold loans, while ensuring compliance with our guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with opening and managing deposit accounts
• Support the processing and documentation of credit products
• Address member queries and provide information about our products and services
• Ensure compliance with KYC norms and internal audit standards
• Assist in daily cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting
• Support senior staff in day-to-day branch operations and customer relationship management

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Business
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role in an NBFC, Co-operative society, or financial institution (freshers can also apply)
