Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Executive located on-site in Manjeri. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks include overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and assisting with employee performance reviews. The HR Executive will also support talent acquisition and development initiatives, and work closely with team leaders to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Manjeri
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
