The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified IT professionals for US requirements. The role requires strong sourcing skills, understanding of US hiring practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2H, and full-time positions.
  • Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Submit qualified profiles to Account Managers and clients.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain daily submission targets and ensure quality hiring.
  • Work closely with the internal delivery team and US counterparts.
  • Maintain ATS discipline and daily activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and social platforms.
  • Good understanding of US hiring terms: W2, C2C, 1099, C2H.
  • Familiarity with visa types: H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Ability to work in US night shift (mandatory).
  • Target-oriented and able to handle pressure.
