Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai (Remote)

Shift: Night Shift

Role:

  • Identify, attract and engage with potential candidates.
  • Post technical job descriptions. Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks.
  • Perform per-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
  • Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.
  • Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels. Required Skills and experience 3+ year experience as a Technical recruiter. Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
  • Experience With ATS.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
