Role & responsibilities
US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates for various technical roles as per the client requirement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication with very strong accent and active listening skills.
- Looking for an aggressive, quick learner, with a passion for continuous learning and performing with a high and rewarding career in recruitment.
- Should exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship and client / Candidate engaging skills.
- Responsible for Sourcing potential candidature based on the client job description.
- Should be able to learn quick and start using the online platform tools (like dice, Monster & Naukri, etc) to identify potential resources.
- Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities and role fit.
- Willing to learn US tax terms & IT/software skills and technology terms.
- Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
- Well versed in outlook, google and Microsoft.
- Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technology terms.
- Willingness to adopt to the company work culture with a positive mind & with a passion to grow along with the organisation.
