Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, working on-site at our client location in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions across a variety of IT domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience working with various job boards and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
