About Us:
We are a creative and growing interior design studio specializing in delivering elegant, functional, and personalized spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the interior design .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market reach.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in business development, preferably in interior design, architecture, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
