Role Overview:
Drive partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities to generate consistent student pipelines and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counselling students and making follow-ups
- Conduct campus presentations, seminars, workshops, and skill sessions.
- Build tie-ups with colleges, TPOs, principals, and training departments.
- Manage outreach calendars and coordinate faculty visits, demo classes, and events.
- Promote certification programs, offline/online courses, and placement success stories.
- Develop long-term academic alliances to boost admissions.
- Counselling students and parents for admission
- Data calling and follow-ups of positive leads
- Converting leads into admissions and achieving the target.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and public speaking.
- Experience in field sales or campus outreach.
- Relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
