Role Overview:

Drive partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities to generate consistent student pipelines and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling students and making follow-ups
  • Conduct campus presentations, seminars, workshops, and skill sessions.
  • Build tie-ups with colleges, TPOs, principals, and training departments.
  • Manage outreach calendars and coordinate faculty visits, demo classes, and events.
  • Promote certification programs, offline/online courses, and placement success stories.
  • Develop long-term academic alliances to boost admissions.
  • Counselling students and parents for admission
  • Data calling and follow-ups of positive leads
  • Converting leads into admissions and achieving the target.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and public speaking.
  • Experience in field sales or campus outreach.
  • Relationship-building and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
