We are building a diverse team of professionals, engineers and environment enthusiasts to help us transform the waste management practices across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Customize & Configure Frappe ERP Modules, including but not limited to:

o  Accounting

o  Procurement

o  Sales

o  CRM

o  Stock

o  Manufacturing

o  Projects

o  Assets

o  Point of Sale

o  Quality

o  Support

o  HR & Payroll

·      Develop & Extend Custom Modules in Frappe/ERP Next

·      Write Unit Tests & Validate Functionality before deployment

·      Integrate third-party APIs & Internal Tools

·      Deploy solutions across Environments

·      Collaborate with AI Team to embed automation within ERP workflows

·      Contribute Ideas for improving productivity through ML/AI integration

·      Perform Regular Backups & Data Migrations

·      Ensure data security and integrity across modules

·      Optimize system performance and responsiveness

·      Maintain technical documentation and codebase hygiene

Requirements of a successful candidate.

●       Education: B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA

●       Frappe Developer with expertise in ERP Next, Python, JavaScript, and MariaDB/MySQL.

●       Experience of minimum 2 years

●       Customizing modules, managing data, implementing workflows, maintaining security, and ensuring smooth operation

● 
Technical Stack: Python (Frappe Framework) Frontend: JavaScript, Jinja Database: MariaDB/MySQL Tools: Git, Bench CLI, Linux (Ubuntu)

Candidates having below skills will be an added advantage

●       Python (core language for Frappe)

●       JavaScript

●       REST APIs, Webhooks

●       Git version control

●       PostgreSQL/MariaDB basics

●       Experience with AI, ML or automation tools

●       Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
