We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Architect-Planner with a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a Masters degree in Planning. The candidate will play a key role in developing and executing Town Planning Schemes (TPS) in Pune, contributing to sustainable urban development and effective land management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Town Planning Scheme Development:

  2. Conduct detailed analysis of land parcels for preparing TPS layouts.

  3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary data for planning.

  4. Design layouts considering infrastructure, amenities, and land-use allocation.

  5. Urban Design and Planning:

  6. Create innovative and functional design solutions for urban spaces.

  7. Ensure compliance with development regulations and zoning bylaws.

  8. Stakeholder Engagement:

  9. Liaise with government agencies, landowners, and other stakeholders.

  10. Address queries and provide solutions for TPS-related issues.

  11. Data and Documentation:

  12. Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.

  13. Conduct spatial analysis using GIS and other planning tools.

  14. Project Management:

  15. Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects.

  16. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Skill Set Required:

  • Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

  • Masters degree in Planning (Urban/Town/Regional Planning preferred).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).

  • GIS tools for spatial analysis and mapping.
  • Understanding of TPS principles and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act (MRTP).

  • Professional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and aptitude for data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in urban/town planning projects is preferred.
