D&V Business Consulting (DVBC) is a strategic consultancy firm addressing the needs of the MSME sector in India. The MSME sector is a vital part of the Indian economy, contributing significantly to employment, innovation, exports, and overall growth. DVBC, founded in 2017, provides HR and account solutions, lead generation, sales, marketing & distribution, and digital transformation services. The company focuses on helping MSMEs overcome challenges related to resource utilization, operational focus, working capital, industry best practices, talent acquisition, and manpower training.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant. The ERP Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and support of ERP systems, analyzing and improving business processes, providing finance solutions, and developing strategies for digital transformation. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized ERP solutions that optimize their operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Process and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Strong background in ERP process flow implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Maater's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Background in Manufacturing unit is plus
