D&V Business Consulting (DVBC) is a strategic consultancy firm focusing on the needs of the MSME sector in India. Established in 2017, DVBC supports Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises by providing customized HR and account solutions, lead generation, sales, marketing, distribution, digital transformation, and more. The MSME sector significantly contributes to the Indian economy, accounting for around 30% of the GDP and employing 50% of the industry's workforce. DVBC helps MSMEs tackle challenges such as resource utilization for growth, working capital management, and industry best practices implementation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lean Consultant based in Ahmedabad. The Lean Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lean management principles to enhance operational efficiency. They will work closely with clients, providing consulting and coaching services to help them achieve operational excellence. The Lean Consultant will also support management in developing strategies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
