Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, milestone charts, and cash flow forecasts using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.​
  • Prepare baseline schedules and look-ahead programs, and track progress versus targets through daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.​
  • Coordinate among execution, procurement, design, and MEP teams for seamless workflow and project alignment.​
  • Monitor site progress, forecast resource needs, manage delays and propose corrective actions to stay on track.​
  • Report progress using S-curves, histograms, variance analysis, and project dashboards, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.​
  • Review and certify bills, verify executed quantities with BOQ, and support cost tracking and reconciliation during project closure.​
  • Administer contracts, logs for drawings/approvals/submittals, and track claims, extensions of time, and dispute resolution processes.​
  • Ensure planning aligns with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and statutory regulations.​

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Construction/Project Management preferred).​

3–5 years of specific experience in planning high-rise buildings or large-scale real estate projects, preferably with top developers or major contractors.​

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project controls software.​
  • Strong understanding of high-rise construction sequencing, formwork cycles, vertical logistics, BOQ tracking, and critical path analysis.​
  • Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.​
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain detailed documentation, and adapt to site and office environments.​
