Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Planning Engineer
to support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in project planning within the engineering/construction domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update project schedules using planning tools (MS Project / Primavera, etc.).
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and vendors for timely execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Track resources, materials, and manpower allocation.
  • Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Support project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Highlight risks and deviations to management for effective decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant discipline).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
