Job Overview

As a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. This is an ideal role for an MBA fresher or early-career professional who is passionate about IT products and wants to develop a long-term career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities


Cold Calling:
Reach out to potential clients to introduce Vytech's IT products and services.


Email Marketing:
Execute targeted email campaigns to generate and nurture leads.


Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through online research, networking, and outbound efforts.


Client Communication:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through calls, emails, and follow-ups.


Sales Coordination:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.


Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.


Reporting:
Maintain records of interactions, leads, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in approaching and engaging with clients

Basic understanding of IT products and services

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
