Job Description

We are hiring energetic and goal-driven B2C Sales Executives to join our dynamic team at Technoarete Research and Development Association, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively reach out to researchers, academicians, and students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to promote participation in IFERP events and services.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable conferences, journals, or research support services.
  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets (registrations, upselling premium services, etc.).
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into confirmed participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in CRM tools.
  • Handle objections and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with individual participants for repeat engagement

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Good in lead generation and customer interaction.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Eligibility

Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in any sales domain (B2C, B2B, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation) are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
