Job Summary:We are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales professionals to join our frontline Direct Sales (B2C) team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project details, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-ins, online leads, and outbound prospects to generate bookings
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
  • Conduct site visits and convert leads into confirmed sales
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sale support as needed
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead follow-ups
  • Maintain proper documentation and sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Direct Sales / B2C Sales, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or automobiles
  • Excellent verbal communication in English (Tamil and other regional languages are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Confidence to deal with HNI and walk-in clients
  • Goal-oriented and driven by incentives
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for higher roles)
