Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Sales Specialist experience in Retail & SME ready to be on field to Identify and generate new business opportunities to work closely with customers, and to focus on achieving individual target

Responsibilities

    1. As a Sales Specialist/Executive, the candidate will be required to be on the field daily, engaging with potential clients, and generating new business opportunities through personal visits, emails and calls and other field activities.
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers.
    1. Present tailored solutions for endpoint protection & network.
    1. Focus on achieving individual daily targets for Retail & SME.
    1. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
    1. Appoint distributors in the designated area.

Experience

  • Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably with a background in industries such as IT, Telecom, Broadband, Mobility, SIM card sales/distribution, Credit Card sales/promotion, CCTV, Internet connections, distributor-level software/hardware AMC, or B2C (Business-to-Customer). Candidates must have on-field sales experience.
  •  Requirement: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device/Phone).

Key Skills: 1. Self-driven, dynamic, and confident individual with a result-oriented approach. 2. Top achiever or best performer in previous organization.

  1. Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills.

  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  3. Proficiency in MS Office and preferably CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
