Ai Hotels and Resorts identifies a significant gap in the midscale and economy hotel segments in India following the Covid-19 pandemic. Our pioneering approach establishes technology-driven accommodations that minimize physical contact, with fully automated, app-based environments for managing all aspects of a stay. Operating in upscale, upper-midscale, midscale, and economy segments, we provide differentiated services through Ai Hotels, Ai Resorts, and Isaki Suites, our brand for Japanese guests. Since launching our first 19-room hotel in May 2022, we've expanded to over eight hotels with plans for more in the coming years, totaling an inventory of over 250 rooms across key metro areas and leisure destinations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder & Strategic Investor, located in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, making investment decisions, and driving the growth of Ai Hotels and Resorts. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing market trends, developing and implementing business strategies, enhancing sales and marketing efforts, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with other leaders to leverage opportunities and ensure the successful expansion of the hotel chain.
