Sales Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Train and motivate sales staff to reach their goals and meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure coordinated efforts and successful outcomes.
- Attend industry events and maintain knowledge of market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities and initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and seek out potential partnerships for the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
