Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
- Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate company products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently work towards and achieve monthly or annual sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Market Understanding: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and sales activity using CRM tools and provide performance reports to management.
- After-Sales Support: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues after a sale.
