Job Description: CRE / RM – Professional Loan

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive / Relationship Manager to manage professional loan products (e.g., loans for doctors, CA/CS, architects, engineers, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, building strong relationships, and driving disbursals while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for professional loan products

  • Understand the financial needs of professionals (doctors, CAs, etc.) and offer suitable loan solutions

  • Collect and verify required documents for loan processing

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications

  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the loan approval and disbursement process

  • Achieve monthly disbursal targets and ensure quality sourcing

  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to build customer loyalty

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Prepare MIS and reports on leads, conversions, and portfolio performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in loans or financial services (preferably professional loans)

  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of loan documentation, eligibility, and compliance norms

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
