**Data Entry**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases and computer systems.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular checks and audits.
- **Documentation**:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as needed.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review data for errors, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
- Identify and resolve data entry issues in a timely manner.
- **Data Verification**:

- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- **Timely Reporting**:

- Generate and submit regular reports on data entry activities and accuracy.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by following established protocols.
- Adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to obtain and clarify data information.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding data-related matters.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in using data entry software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
