Hiring for the position of Data Entry Operator cum Import Export Executive with a renowned industry.

**Job Title**:

- Entry Data Operator cum Import Export Executive

**Key Responsibility-**
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and maintaining records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entered, correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for data entry.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of import and export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs forms.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain organized records of import and export transactions, including shipping schedules, payment records, and compliance documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of import/export procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about relevant import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

**Qualifications**:
- 1 Graduation is must.

2 Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.

3 Familiarity with import and export procedures, documentation, and regulations preferred

.4 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.

5 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

6 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7 Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

8 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
