  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Conduct regular reviews and relationship health checks with key clients.

  • Mentor junior team members (for Senior RM role).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2-5+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client servicing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
