We Are Hiring Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Jewellery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their preferences and purchase history.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software).

  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Organize and follow up on client appointments, product viewings, and special events.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve service standards.

  • Support in achieving monthly and annual sales and service targets.

  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.

  • Promote new collections, offers, and services to key clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience in luxury retail or jewellery industry preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and relationship building.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
