We are hiring a Collection Manager in Surat, Vadodara/Baroda, Ahmedabad.


Position: Area Collection Manager
Base Location: Surat
Territory: Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad
CTC: Up to ₹11 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Collection Manager to oversee and manage the collections process across Surat, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven expertise in collections, and experience in handling teams and managing agency collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collections Management:

    • Strategically plan and execute efficient collection processes to meet targets.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collections to ensure timely payments.

  2. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection agents and supervisors.
    • Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance team efficiency.

  3. Agency Management:

    • Collaborate with external collection agencies to ensure seamless operations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies to achieve collection goals.

  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze collection data to identify trends and gaps in performance.
    • Prepare detailed reports on collection metrics and present them to senior management.

  5. Compliance and Customer Relations:

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines in all collection activities.
    • Handle escalations and ensure resolution with a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 6–10 years in collections with a proven track record in team handling and agency management.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership and people management.
    • Strategic planning and execution for collections.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
