Job responsibilities

  • Handling customer complaints received via E-mails and providing resolution in stipulated time frame
  • Maintaining the data of complaints in MS Excel by using basic Excel functions / formulas
  • Preparing dashboards using data as and when required

Desired candidate profile

  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
  • Well-versed with basic MS Office suite
  • Eye for detail
  • Team-player
  • Immediate joiner
  • Comfortable to relocate to Vadodara
