Job Description – HR Executive (Fresher)

Position: HR Executive / HR Trainee

Experience: Fresher

Location: Baroda

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to learn and grow in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
  • Help in maintaining HR records, attendance, and employee data.
  • Coordinate with employees and management for routine HR queries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Participate in performance tracking and policy implementation tasks.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates with passion for HR are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7, ₹25,000.00 per month
