JOB DETAILS


• Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)

• Position: Deputy Manager

• Domain: BPO Operations (Tele-collections)

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Certification: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA)

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

• Job type: Full-time | Permanent

• Work mode: WFO

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the telecollection team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery of work.

• Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as collection efficiency, conversion rates, call quality, Average Handling Time (AHT), and adherence to service levels.

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly calling strategies and dialer management to optimize collection efforts and bucket efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Team Leaders and Collection Executives to achieve individual and team collection goals.

• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure collection calls comply with service standards and regulatory requirements.

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding process performance and operational updates.

• Liaise with support functions (e.g., IT, HR, Quality) to resolve operational challenges and improve overall team performance.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE


• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in BPO Operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or Deputy Manager role, specifically handling the Telecollection/Early Collection process.

• Ready to relocate at Vadodara location
