Purchase
- Timely Create Various Purchase Orders (PO) By Developing Necessary Documentation For The Purchase Transaction; Deliver PO To Individual Vendors To Ensure Timely Availability Of Raw Material.
- Monitor PO Approvals By Coordinating With The Finance Function To Ensure That Pos Reach Vendors In Time.
- Define Contract Framework, In Collaboration With Purchase Head, Encompassing Detailed Functional, Commercial, Financial, Taxation, Process, Legal And Regulatory Aspects.

Store
- Perform All Inventory Stock Analysis And Consumption Trends To Identify The Right Order Quantity For All Inventory Items To Ensure That Optimum Quantity Of Material Is Ordered At The Right Time, Thereby Minimizing Inventory Costs.
- Ensure That Past Inventory Data Is Analyzed, And Insights Are Derived To Improve Existing Inventory Norms.
- Evaluate The Quality Of Service Provided By Vendors By Evaluating Their Adherence To Norms Of Contract; Provide Inputs To Purchase Head To Ensure That Only Good Vendors Are Retained.
- Generate MIS Reports For & Highlight Critical Aspects Of The Function’s Performance Such As Quality And Time Of Procurement And Delivery, Vendor Relationships And Overall Costs Of The Function.
- Maintain A Constant Dialogue With KCPL Finance Team To Ensure That Vendor Payments Are Released In Time To Ensure That Raw Materials Are Supplied Without Delay
- Address All Payment And Contract-Related Issues Raised By Vendor And Ensure Timely And Accurate Resolution Of The Same By Consulting With Head.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
